OccamPrism · Governed Real-Artifact Pursuit Ingestion
Governed Pursuit Demo
OccamPrism converts three real, public federal pursuit artifacts into separate, fully source-traceable capture opportunity packages — each carried through seven governed capture gates, a cited evidence ledger, and an executive brief that exposes uncertainty without paralyzing the decision.
The three pursuit artifacts (kept fully isolated)
DARPA — Broad Agency Announcement (BAA)
An advanced-research solicitation pattern. DARPA findings trace only to DARPA public sources.
Department of Labor — Sources Sought
A market-research / capability-survey pattern. DOL findings trace only to DOL public sources.
Department of the Air Force — Request for Information (RFI)
A pre-solicitation information request. Air Force findings trace only to Air Force public sources.
The seven governed capture gates
Each pursuit is independently carried from intake to executive decision support:
- Gate 0 — Intake: register the artifact and validate every source URL.
- Gate 1 — Source classification: identify artifact type and procurement stage.
- Gate 2 — Evidence extraction: pull citeable evidence with source spans.
- Gate 3 — Requirement mapping: map evidence to candidate requirements.
- Gate 4 — Confidence & risk: score what is supported, suggested, unknown, or must-validate.
- Gate 5 — Comparison: a side-by-side governed dashboard across pursuits.
- Gate 6 — Executive decision support: a brief that enables a decision now while exposing uncertainty.
Cited evidence ledger
Every finding links to the specific public source span that supports it. The engine re-validates each artifact source URL through the shared URL-sanitization discipline, so no internal edge URL or token can ever surface in the report.
